College Homework: Does this make sense and sound okay?
The purpose, value and role of HRM in an organization is to improve the effectiveness and maintain the survival of a company. For improvement or success of a company, they must practice ethics, safety and training strategies. Human Resource Management is responsible for employee development by use of training and implementing behavioral standards and boosting moral. HRM assist the supervisor’s and/or managers with performance reviews. They must stay up to date and follow labor laws, which otherwise may not be practiced. Also, HRM is there to improve customer satisfaction; to implement a uniqueness that the company’s competitor cannot match. Their role is to come up with a budget and economic projection. Furthermore, outside of the company, they investigate the laws, wages and safety factors when the company expands, out of the country, to a Multi-National Enterprise.
By the way, HRM is Human Resource Management.
