How can i become better at sports?
how can i become more athletic??? should i take a sports summer camp or somthing??? and what is your favorite sport and why?
Practice makes perfect. Whatever sport you want to try or become better at, all you will need is someone who knows what they are doing i.e. trainer or friend and help you along with the rules and different techniques. A sports summer camp is not a bad idea, actually its a great idea for whatever particular sport you are interested in.
I don't have a favorite sport, but I love them all and have been athletic enough to play them all. I like to keep my options open just incase your buddies want to play football one day or soccer another, but if you are looking to get into shape, i would say soccer or track and field would be your best bet.
